Conflict-of-Interest Policy
All instructors engaged by FORENSICS 360 are independent contract professionals. Instructors are compensated at a predetermined contractual rate and do not share in company profits, revenue, or financial gains beyond their agreed-upon compensation.
To preserve instructional integrity, professional independence, and ethical standards, instructors will not accept assignments or engagements with any agency, organization, or entity that could create a real or perceived conflict of interest with FORENSICS 360. This policy applies to training, consulting, expert witness services, and any related professional activities.
This structure ensures that all instruction, opinions, and professional guidance provided are objective, unbiased, and free from external influence.
