FORENSICS 360, LLC - Training Course Cancellation Policy

At FORENSICS 360, LLC, we value your commitment to our training courses and strive to provide the best learning experience possible. To ensure that we maintain the quality of our training and accommodate as many participants as possible, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Deadline:

• We kindly request that attendees who have registered for our courses cancel their participation at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled course start date. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and offer the slot to other interested participants.

 

2. No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a "no-show," where a registered attendee does not attend the course without prior cancellation, the attendee will be invoiced for the full course fee. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

 

3. Substitute Attendee:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend, you have the option to send a substitute attendee in your place without any additional charge. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the course starts with the substitute's details.

4. Cancellation Process:

• All cancellation requests must be made via email to: info@forensics360.com. Please include your name, course details, and contact information in your cancellation email.

5. Course Cancellation by FORENSICS 360:

• In the rare event that we need to cancel a course, enrolled attendees and their respective agencies will be notified within 7 days prior to the scheduled course start date. We will make every effort to reschedule or offer alternative options. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided to the registered participants.

6. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are available to registered attendees who cancel within 14 days of the course start date. Please ensure that you notify us in a timely manner via email to be eligible for a refund.
